Job summary

Vital Therapy's AVIR AT TOWN CREEK, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center in Texas, is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our in-house team. You will serve a diverse adult and geriatric rehab population with orthopedic and neurological conditions and have opportunities to develop programming in LTC, cognition, and creative groups.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in Texas required.
• Experience in skilled nursing/post-acute rehab settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform OT evaluations and develop treatment plans for diverse adults and geriatric patients.
• Create programming in LTC, cognition, and engaging groups.
• Collaborate with the therapy team and Rehabilitation Director to coordinate care.

We see a diverse adult and geriatric rehabilitation population with a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offer opportunities for you to create programming in LTC, cognition, fun and creative groups, functional maintenance and many more. This is a great team of therapists with a wonderful director of rehabilitation.
