Vital Therapy's AVIR at Crockett is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our in-house therapy team. This comfortable facility serves skilled nursing and post-acute residents, with an interdisciplinary team and opportunities to develop cognition, ADL maintenance, dining, and return-to-home programs.

This is a comfortable and homey facility with a great interdisciplinary team in place.
