VITAL THERAPY - Avir at Crescent Moon in Houston, TX is seeking a Full Time Occupational Therapist to join our in-house therapy team. You will treat residents with orthopedic and neurological needs and help develop programs in cognition, ADLs, memory care, and functional maintenance.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in Texas required.

Responsibilities

AVIR AT CRESCENT MOON, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is seeking a Full Time Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated in-house therapy team. We seek an OT who is passionate about delivering the best care to our patients and residents and who wants to be part of a fun, high energy inter-disciplinary therapy team. We see a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offer you opportunities to develop programs in cognition, memory care,ADL's, skilled maintenance and many more. In addition, we provide on-going training and career development opportunities.

Vital Therapy is a small but growing network of over 80 skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities with in-house therapy teams.
