Frontline Personnel is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team at 25 Fanning Street, Staten Island, NY. This full-time role offers flexible shifts and a competitive hourly rate with a $7,500 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include providing skilled OT services in a Long-Term Care rehab setting, using purposeful activities to maximize independence, and conducting assessments to identify therapy needs for elderly patients. NY state OT license required; new grads considered.

Qualifications

• Current OT license issued by the State is REQUIRED.
• Experience is preferred, however we are accepting new grads.

Responsibilities

• Perform OT services in a Long-Term Care rehab and Skilled Nursing Facility for elderly patients.
• Use purposeful activities to maximize independence and maintain health.
• Conduct skilled observation and administer or interpret tests to identify areas needing OT services.
