Qualifications

• Requires state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Iowa or eligibility to sit for the exam.
• Experience encouraged but new grads are welcome and supported.
• Ability to design and adjust therapy plans for diverse patients.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and direct customized occupational therapy programs.
• Help patients regain strength and independence in daily activities.
• Assess patient progress and adjust therapy plans to meet changing needs.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and at-home exercises.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
