Job summary

Lake Mills Care Center seeks an Occupational Therapist (OT) to design and implement therapy programs that help patients regain independence and improve quality of life. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN options with competitive pay, full benefits, and opportunities for career growth.

As part of our care team, you will design and direct customized OT programs, assess progress, educate patients and families, and collaborate to ensure holistic patient care. Iowa license or eligibility required.

Qualifications

• State of Iowa Occupational Therapist License - or eligible to sit for board exams
• Experience preferred - but we're willing to invest in new grads!

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and direct customized occupational therapy programs.
• Help patients regain strength and independence in daily activities.
• Assess patient progress and adjust therapy plans to meet changing needs.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and at-home exercises.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
