Westview Care Center is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to design and implement therapy programs that help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life. Qualifications

• State of Iowa license to practice occupational therapy, or eligibility to sit for board exams.
• New grads welcome to apply and supported in growth.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and direct customized occupational therapy programs.
• Help patients regain strength and independence in daily activities.
• Assess patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and at-home exercises.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure holistic patient care.
