Qualifications

• Active Iowa OT license or eligibility to sit for board exams.
• OT degree from an accredited program.
• Willingness to learn in a growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and direct customized occupational therapy programs.
• Help patients regain strength and independence in daily activities.
• Assess patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on goals and at-home exercises.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure holistic patient care.
