Job summary

Infinity Rehab at MIR St. Otto’s Care Center in Little Falls, MN is seeking a certified occupational therapist to provide therapy to adults with orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions. You will assess residents, plan and implement therapy programs, maintain related documentation, and coordinate with physicians' orders.

The role offers full-time hours with a $5K sign-on bonus and opportunities to contribute to evidence-based practice in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in occupational therapy is required.
• Licensed to practice occupational therapy in the state.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a passionate, driven certified occupational therapist to deliver therapy to adults with a variety of medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary. In this position, you will provide and direct occupational therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication and functions under physicians’ orders.

Located just off Highway 10 and near the Mississippi River you will find St. Otto’s Care Center. This short and long-term care community, which is privately owned by a local family, has a friendly team of therapists across all disciplines. The community features 93 beds, which are primarily long-term care. The team upholds a strong commitment to quality care, evidence-based practice, and outstanding outcomes.

Infinity Rehab assists healthcare providers with the oversight and execution of their in-house therapy services. We provide our customers with the systems, compliance oversight, staff training, MDS optimization, and management they need to run a successful program.
