Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists (OT) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes around Vero Beach, Florida. Flexible schedules, consistent caseload, and a supportive team that puts patients first.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Medicare-compliant home health care documentation.

InHome Therapy is hiring multiple part-time and full-time licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around Vero Beach. Compensation and Benefits*

• The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $70-80 per visit

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards

Requirements

• Active occupational therapy (OT) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
