Job summary

InHome Therapy is hiring Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to provide home health services in the Boca Raton area. Earn up to $12,000 through the Milestone Reward Program; compensation is per visit and includes mileage reimbursement, tech tools, and ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full‑time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
