Job summary

LTC Therapy Services in Worcester, MA is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. The role involves evaluating residents' abilities and creating treatment plans to maximize independence and daily function.

You will work with a diverse caseload in short-term rehab and long-term care, collaborating with PTs, SLPs, nursing staff, and physicians, documenting progress in a timely, compliant manner.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license required.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents' functional abilities, strength, mobility, and activities of daily living.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to maximize independence and quality of life.
• Provide evidence-based OT interventions for orthopedic, neurological, and medically complex conditions.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and educate residents, families, and caregivers on safe techniques.
• Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, nursing staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory guidelines.

LTC Therapy is seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team in Worcester. This is an opportunity to work with both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents, helping individuals regain independence and improve their ability to perform meaningful daily activities.

Position Responsibilities:

• Evaluate residents' functional abilities, strength, mobility, and activities of daily living
• Develop individualized treatment plans designed to maximize independence and quality of life
• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions for orthopedic, neurological, and medically complex conditions
