LTC Therapy: Harwich
Harwich, MA
$45-48/hour

Overview

LTC Therapy is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services within our skilled nursing facility. Join a collaborative rehab team dedicated to improving resident outcomes and supporting functional independence.

What You'll Do

• Assess residents' functional abilities and develop individualized therapy plans
• Deliver treatment interventions focused on ADLs, coordination, balance, cognition, and upper extremity strength
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on adaptive strategies and safety techniques
• Work closely with PT, SLP, nursing, and physicians to support interdisciplinary care goals
• Track resident progress and maintain accurate documentation
