Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a full-time licensed Occupational Therapist to provide in-home services for adult and geriatric patients in Lycoming County. You will evaluate mobility and function, develop goals, and implement rehabilitation programs in patients' homes.

A flexible schedule and supportive team are offered with mileage reimbursement and provided tools. Compensation includes per-visit pay with bonuses based on visit complexity and volume, plus benefits such as medical/dental/vision, PTO,

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes.
• Comfort with technology—email, texting, EMR systems (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community.
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals.
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards.

• The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $65 - $80 per visit

• This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
