Job summary

InHome Therapy seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide in-home services for adults and seniors in Fort Worth and surrounding areas. You will assess mobility and function, design individualized goals, and implement rehab programs in patients' homes.

Upload schedules offer autonomy with a flexible, per-visit compensation model, supported by ongoing training and admin resources for efficient care delivery.

Qualifications

• Active OT license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes.
• Basic comfort with technology—email, texting, EMR systems (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community.
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals.
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards.

• IHT OT Clinical Excellence Bonus - earn additional weekly pay based on visit complexity and volume
• The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $75 - $80 per visit

This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
