Job summary

Signature Rehab, part of Signature HealthCARE, seeks an Occupational Therapist to join our Erin, Tennessee team. You will work within our integrated care model to help residents regain function and return to daily activities.

The role requires a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy, NBCOT eligibility or certification, and an active state license. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive team environment encouraging growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program of occupational therapy, culminating in a minimum of a bachelor-of-science degree.
• Current NBCOT certification or eligible for certification as required by state guidelines.
• Valid occupational therapy license in the state where services are rendered.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to help residents make a full recovery and return to activities they enjoy.
• Deliver occupational therapy services to residents and patients in accordance with plan of care.
