Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is recruiting an Occupational Therapist to join our Summerfield Rehab & Wellness Center team. This 165-bed facility provides short-term rehabilitation and long-term care as part of a family-based organization focused on resident-centered care and quality of life.

As part of Signature Rehab’s integrated care model, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to help residents recover and return to the activities they enjoy, while maintaining licensure and documenting

Qualifications

• Accredited OT program culminating in a bachelor’s degree.
• Current NBCOT certification or eligible per state guidelines.
• Valid OT license in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the care team to support residents’ recovery and return to activities.
• Provide occupational therapy services to residents in rehab and outpatient settings.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in the electronic medical record.

We are recruiting for an Occupational Therapist to join our team.

How you Will make a Difference

Under Signature Rehab’s integrated care model rehabilitative therapist work closely with other clinical caregivers to ensure residents and patients make a full recovery and a timely return to the activities they enjoy.

What you Need to make a Difference

• Graduate of an accredited program of occupational therapy, culminating in a minimum of a bachelor-of-science degree.


• Current certificate with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy or eligible for certificate as required by state guidelines.


• Valid occupational therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
