Signature HealthCARE of Bremen is recruiting an Occupational Therapist to join our team. You will work within Signature Rehab’s integrated care model to help residents and patients recover and return to daily activities.

The role requires a BS in Occupational Therapy, NBCOT certification or eligibility, and an active state license. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and supportive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program in occupational therapy, culminating in a bachelor-of-science degree.
• Current NBCOT certificate or eligible per state guidelines.
• Valid occupational therapy license in the state where services are rendered.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the care team to support residents’ full recovery and timely return to activities.
• Provide patient-centered OT interventions and documentation as part of an integrated care model.

Under Signature Rehab’s integrated care model rehabilitative therapist work closely with other clinical caregivers to ensure residents and patients make a full recovery and a timely return to the activities they enjoy.

What you Need to make a Difference

• Graduate of an accredited program of occupational therapy, culminating in a minimum of a bachelor-of-science degree.
• Current certificate with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy or eligible for certificate as required by state guidelines.
• Valid occupational therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
