Job summary

Signature HealthCARE's Signature Rehab unit seeks an Occupational Therapist to join our team and deliver rehab services within our integrated care model. You will help residents in Signature HealthCARE nursing homes nationwide, and in outpatient settings, achieve meaningful recovery and return to daily activities.

Collaborating with clinicians, you will support person-centered care and quality outcomes. A BS in OT, NBCOT (or eligibility), and a valid state license are required to practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OT program with a bachelor’s degree.
• Current NBCOT certification or eligible per state requirements.
• Valid OT license in the state where services are rendered.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with other clinical caregivers to help residents recover and return to daily activities.

We are recruiting for an Occupational Therapist to join our team.

How you Will make a Difference

Under Signature Rehab’s integrated care model rehabilitative therapist work closely with other clinical caregivers to ensure residents and patients make a full recovery and a timely return to the activities they enjoy.

What you Need to make a Difference

• Graduate of an accredited program of occupational therapy, culminating in a minimum of a bachelor-of-science degree.
• Current certificate with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy or eligible for certificate as required by state guidelines.
• Valid occupational therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
