Job summary

Highland Chateau Health and Rehabilitation Center in Minnesota is seeking an experienced In-House Part Time Occupational Therapist to join our SNF team. The role involves providing occupational therapy services to residents, evaluating needs, and developing targeted treatment plans while supervising OTAs.

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passage of National Certification examination for OT.
• Current MN OT license or license-eligible.

Responsibilities

• To provide quality occupational therapy services to residents in accordance with established standards of practice, department procedures and productivity standards.
• To evaluate residents to obtain data necessary for treatment planning and develop a treatment plan that includes a target list, short-term and long-term goals.
• To supervise and direct the Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) in the implementation of treatment plans.
