Job summary

InHome Therapy is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around Rockford. You can enjoy a flexible schedule, consistent caseload, and a supportive team as you deliver in-home OT services.

Responsibilities include evaluating mobility, implementing rehab programs, educating families, and maintaining home health documentation. Per-visit pay ranges from $65 to $80, with benefits and mentorship opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Active OT license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes and basic tech comfort (email, texting).

The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $65 - $80 per visit

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
