Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide in-home services to adult and geriatric patients in Oak Brook and surrounding communities. You will deliver individualized treatment plans in patients' homes with a flexible schedule and a steady caseload.

Responsibilities include evaluating mobility and functional goals, implementing rehabilitation programs, educating patients and families, and maintaining Medicare-compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes.
• Comfort with email, texting, and EMR systems (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients.
• Evaluate mobility, strength and function to develop treatment goals.
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.
• Maintain Medicare and agency documentation accurately and timely.

Compensation and Benefits*

• The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $65 - $80 per visit

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards

• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
