Job summary

InHome Therapy in Rockford, IL is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide in-home care for adults and the elderly. You will assess mobility and function, design individualized goals, and implement rehabilitation programs in patients' homes.

Compensation and Benefits*

• Mileage reimbursement – plus tools to reduce windshield time

• The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $65 - $80 per visit

This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
