Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver in-home services for adult and geriatric patients in Rockford and surrounding areas. Work with a flexible schedule, maintain a consistent caseload, and receive strong clinical support from our team.

Qualified candidates have an active OT license, BLS CPR, reliable transportation, and comfort with EMR systems. This role offers mileage reimbursement, paid training, and a per-visit compensation structure.

Qualifications

• Active occupational therapy license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes.
• Basic comfort with technology – email, texting, EMR systems (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community.
• Evaluate mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized goals.
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards.
