Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is hiring an Occupational Therapist to join Signature Rehab, delivering high-quality rehab services across our skilled nursing and outpatient programs. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to support residents’ recovery and re-engagement in meaningful activities.

The role requires an accredited OT degree, NBCOT certification or eligibility, and a current state OT license. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and robust professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OT program culminating in a bachelor’s degree.
• Current certification with NBCOT or eligible per state guidelines.
• Valid occupational therapy license in the state where services are rendered.

Responsibilities

• Under Signature Rehab’s integrated care model, the OT collaborates with clinicians to ensure residents make a full recovery and return to activities.

How You Will Make a Difference

Under Signature Rehab’s integrated care model rehabilitative therapist work closely with other clinical caregivers to ensure residents and patients make a full recovery and a timely return to the activities they enjoy.

What You Need To Make a Difference

• Graduate of an accredited program of occupational therapy, culminating in a minimum of a bachelor-of-science degree.


• Current certificate with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy or eligible for certificate as required by state guidelines.


• Valid occupational therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
