Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is recruiting an Occupational Therapist to join our McCreary County rehab and wellness team. You will work closely with clinicians to help residents recover and return to daily activities, delivering patient-centered OT interventions in a skilled nursing setting.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in OT, active or eligible NBCOT certification, and a valid OT license in the state. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OT program with a bachelor’s degree in OT.
• Current NBCOT certification or eligibility as required by state.
• Valid OT license in the state where services are rendered.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the clinical team to help residents regain function after illness or injury.
• Develop and implement patient-centered OT plans aligned with rehab goals.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions to promote timely recovery and independence.

Under Signature Rehab’s integrated care model rehabilitative therapist work closely with other clinical caregivers to ensure residents and patients make a full recovery and a timely return to the activities they enjoy.

What you Need to make a Difference

• Graduate of an accredited program of occupational therapy, culminating in a minimum of a bachelor-of-science degree.
• Current certificate with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy or eligible for certificate as required by state guidelines.
• Valid occupational therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
