Signature HealthCARE is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our care team. The role focuses on rehabilitative services within our Summerfield Rehab & Wellness Center, integrating care with other clinicians to help residents recover and return to daily activities.

• Graduate of an accredited program of occupational therapy.
• Current certificate with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy or eligible for certificate as required by state guidelines.

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure residents make a full recovery.
• Support a timely return to activities enjoyed by residents and patients.
• Adhere to state guidelines and maintain accurate patient documentation.

What You Need To Make a Difference
