Job summary

Access Home Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for PRN positions to support patients in their homes. Build your schedule, provide one-on-one care, and receive leadership support from an experienced team.

You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, educate caregivers, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. Florida OT license and CPR certification are required; home health experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Florida OT license required and CPR certification.
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making.
• Ability to work independently in home health.

Responsibilities

Compensation Structure

• Salary Range: $80,000-$120,000
• Evaluation / Re-Evaluation / Recertification: 1.5 Units
• Routine Visit: 1.0 Unit
• OASIS Discharge: $65
