Job summary

Access Home Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide one-on-one, in-home evaluations and treatments. PRN positions offer schedule flexibility while delivering high-quality care and building meaningful patient relationships.

Candidates must hold an active Florida OT license and CPR certification, with strong communication and independent work capability. Home health experience is preferred but not required.

Compensation Structure

• Salary Range: $80,000-$120,000
• Evaluation / Re-Evaluation / Recertification: 1.5 Units
• Routine Visit: 1.0 Unit
• OASIS Discharge: $65
