Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our in-facility care teams. You will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy to help patients regain independence and function.

You'll work under the Director of Rehab, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a patient-centered environment. Powerback offers growth opportunities, mentorship, CEUs, and competitive hourly pay with full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy curriculum.
• Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Valid and unencumbered OT license as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy to help patients regain independence.
• Collaborate with rehab team to coordinate care and ensure seamless patient progress.
• Report to the Director of Rehab and contribute to patient-centered care across settings.

Qualifications

• They must have a Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards.
• They must have initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• The Occupational Therapist must hold a valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice.
