Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation in Wisconsin Rapids is seeking an Occupational Therapist to help patients regain independence in a facility setting. You will assess patient needs, design recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy across rehab and wellness services, joining a team focused on patient-centered care.

The role includes collaboration with Directors and care teams, ongoing education for patients and caregivers, and opportunities for growth through clinical mentorship and CEUs.

Qualifications

• Must have ACOTE-accredited Bachelor's in OT.
• Must hold NBCOT registration.
• Must hold valid OT license for the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver occupational therapy to patients in facility settings.
• Collaborate with care teams and refer to care as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence.

Education

Qualifications

• They must have a Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards.
• They must have initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• The Occupational Therapist must hold a valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice.

Posted Salary Range

USD $40.00 - USD $45.00 /Hr.
