Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is hiring an Occupational Therapist to provide in-facility OT services, evaluate patients, develop recovery plans, and deliver therapy to diverse populations. You will work with a multidisciplinary team and help patients regain independence while following company standards and patient-centered care principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards.
• Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Valid and unencumbered OT license as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans within occupational therapy practice.
• Deliver occupational therapy services to patients in facility settings.
• Collaborate with rehab team and educate patients and caregivers to promote independence.
• Report to the Director of Rehab and contribute to care planning and patient outcomes.

As an Occupational Therapist, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. In doing this, you will assess patient needs, develop their recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy.

Qualifications

• They must have a Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards.
• They must have initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• The Occupational Therapist must hold a valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice.
