Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver in-facility therapy and restore patient independence. You will assess needs, design recovery plans, and implement OT interventions for diverse populations in our care settings.

You’ll collaborate with physicians, therapists, and caregivers, educating patients and families to maximize functional outcomes and promote safe, effective home or facility-based progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards.
• Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• A valid and unencumbered OT license as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver occupational therapy to help patients regain independence.
• Collaborate with caregivers and team to promote patient progress.
• Educate patients and families to support ongoing recovery.

As an Occupational Therapist, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. In doing this, you will assess patient needs, develop their recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy.

• They must have initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• The Occupational Therapist must hold a valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice. Posted Salary Range: USD $39.00 - USD $50.00 /Hr. Bonus: USD $20,000.00
