Medical Hill Healthcare Center is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our in-house rehabilitation team. You will evaluate residents, develop individualized OT plans, and provide ADL-focused interventions to improve independence and quality of life.

Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and therapists; maintain compliant documentation; educate residents and caregivers; participate in care planning and MDT meetings.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• California OT license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care.
