Job summary

Signature Rehab in Norfolk, VA is actively recruiting an Occupational Therapist to join our team within Signature HealthCARE’s rehab network. You will work closely with physicians, nurses, and therapy colleagues to help residents regain independence and quality of life through comprehensive OT services.

Applicants must hold a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy, be eligible or licensed by the state, and maintain NBCOT certification.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program (minimum BS)
• Current NBCOT certificate or eligible for certification as required by state guidelines
• Valid occupational therapy license in the state where services are rendered

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the clinical care team to ensure residents achieve a full recovery and timely return to activities.
• Deliver occupational therapy services to inpatients and outpatient rehab patients as part of Signature Rehab's integrated care model

What you Need to make a Difference
