Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join Signature Rehab in Norfolk, VA. You will work within an integrated care model to help residents achieve functional recovery and return to activities they enjoy.

Requirements include an accredited OT degree (BS or higher), NBCOT certification or eligibility, and a valid state OT license. This is a on-site role with a focus on patient-centered rehabilitation and collaborative care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program (BS or higher).
• Current NBCOT certification or eligible for certification as required by state guidelines.
• Valid occupational therapy license in the state where services are rendered.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents to aid full recovery and return to daily activities.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement therapy plans.
• Adhere to state guidelines and facility policies in all therapeutic activities.

What you Need to make a Difference

• Graduate of an accredited program of occupational therapy, culminating in a minimum of a bachelor-of-science degree.
• Current certificate with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy or eligible for certificate as required by state guidelines.
• Valid occupational therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
