Job summary

Signature Rehab is recruiting an Occupational Therapist to join the team, supporting residents and patients in a comprehensive rehab program.

Under Signature Rehab’s integrated care model, therapists collaborate with other caregivers to promote full recovery and timely return to daily activities, while upholding state licensure and NBCOT requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited OT program with a bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Current NBCOT certification or eligible as required by state guidelines.
• Valid OT license in the state where services are rendered.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the care team to ensure residents make a full recovery and return to activities.
• Provide occupational therapy services in accordance with evidence-based practice and facility policies.

What You Need To Make a Difference

• Graduate of an accredited program of occupational therapy, culminating in a minimum of a bachelor-of-science degree.
• Current certificate with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy or eligible for certificate as required by state guidelines.
• Valid occupational therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
