Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Indiana is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. You will implement therapeutic interventions to help patients regain functional abilities and support families with daily living strategies.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, an active state license, CPR certification, and 0–1 year of experience. Travel is required occasionally and you will be part of an interdisciplinary team dedicated to excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• 0–1 year of clinical OT experience.
• Active state OT license/registration.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Implements therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities.
• Educates patients and families on activities of daily living.
• Documents patient progress and adapts treatment plans.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
