Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Logansport, Indiana, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive OT services in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment. You will assess patients, plan treatments, educate families, document progress, and work with the care team to promote daily living activities.

This role includes a training period and opportunity to contribute to high quality senior care in the Midwest.

Qualifications

Qualifications

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for providing a full range of occupational therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position’s qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards.

Education: Master Degree

Experience: 0-1 years

Licenses And Certifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure or registration
• Current valid CPR certification, preferred

Travel: Yes. Minimally, as required (Typically less than 10%)
