Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in South Bend, IN is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive OT services within an interdisciplinary care setting. You will assess, plan, and implement therapy to improve daily living activities, cognition, and functional independence.

Qualifications

Qualifications

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for providing a full range of occupational therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position’s qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards.
