Trilogy Health Services is hiring an Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive OT services in a senior living setting in Kentucky. The role involves assessment, treatment planning, and delivering therapeutic interventions to improve patients' daily living activities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• 0–1 years experience
• Must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure or registration.
• CPR certification preferred.

Qualifications

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for providing a full range of occupational therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position’s qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards.

• Educates patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
• Documents patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.

Education: Master DegreeExperience: 0-1 years

Licenses and Certifications:
