Job summary

Northern Lights Rehab and Long Term Care in Minot, North Dakota, is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our skilled nursing team on a part-time basis. You will design and implement therapy plans to help patients regain independence and achieve meaningful daily activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (OT).

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement occupational therapy plans for patients with varying levels of physical, cognitive, and emotional impairments




• Conduct thorough patient assessments, set realistic goals, and develop evidence-based treatment plans




• Develop and lead individualized therapy sessions, focusing on areas such as mobility, ADLs, and cognitive function




• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive care




• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate effectively with patients and families
