As an Occupational Therapist with Northern Lights Rehab and Long Term Care, you will play a vital role in helping our patients regain their independence and achieve their goals. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to design and implement personalized therapy plans, focusing on functional skills and activities of daily living. Design and implement occupational therapy plans for patients with varying levels of physical, cognitive, and emotional impairments
Conduct thorough patient assessments, set realistic goals, and develop evidence-based treatment plans
Develop and lead individualized therapy sessions, focusing on areas such as mobility, ADLs, and cognitive function
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate effectively with patients and families
Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory and professional standards
Bachelor's or Master\'s degree in Occupational Therapy (OT)
Current OT licensure in the state of North Dakota
Professional experience in a skilled nursing setting preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
