Responsibilities include evaluating patients, creating treatment plans, guiding daily activities, and documenting progress while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with valid state credentials.
• Experience in healthcare settings, with preference for home health.
• Ability to design and implement therapeutic exercises and treatments.

• Educate patients and their families on techniques and exercises for continued therapy outside of the clinical setting.
