Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled OT services to improve mobility, strength, safety, balance and independence.
• Monitor progress and update treatment plans; communicate patient status clearly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
• Help create rehab programs trusted by patients, families and facilities.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Maryland (or soon to be licensed!)
• Active CPR certification

Compensation

• $40-$50+ per hour (Based on experience and qualifications)
