Interim HealthCare Colorado is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist to provide in-home therapy across Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley and surrounding areas. You will work independently within a supportive rehabilitation team.
The role requires an OT degree and CO license, with at least 1 year in home health, CPR/BLS, and knowledge of home health regulations; OASIS experience is a plus with training offered.

We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, hardworking, and dependable Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide exceptional care to clients in the comfort of their own homes. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and able to multitask effectively.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently, demonstrate strong clinical and communication skills, and be committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care.
Experience with OASIS documentation is preferred; however, we are happy to provide training for candidates who are willing to learn.
