Job summary

Synchrony Rehab in Indiana is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide comprehensive therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning and interventions, in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

The role requires a degree in OT, state licensure, and 0–1 years of experience. You will develop individualized plans, educate patients and families, document progress, and support full patient recovery.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience: 0-1 years.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ functional abilities.
• Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
