Job summary

HealthPro Heritage in Randolph, NJ is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our assisted living team. Therapy is provided Monday through Friday with no evenings or weekends, offering an on-site role with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist, or license eligible.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with patient-centered approach.
• Ability to lift and assist patients as needed; stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment: Evaluate clients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities using observations and standardized tools.
• Treatment and Education: Create personalized treatment plans and educate clients/families on daily activities and adaptive equipment.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and plans in compliance with standards.
• Advocacy and Support: Support clients in accessing community resources and accommodations.
