Job summary

Holland Village is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services, evaluate and treat residents with impaired ADLs, and document outcomes.

You will participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, assist the Director of Nursing to develop ADL decline prevention policies, and contribute to care planning and quality improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals. Ability to present information to supervisor.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
• Must have at least two years of related experience
• Must have a current Occupational Therapist license
