Eden Capital Careers is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist in Ohio to join a community rehabilitation center. The role spans inpatient and pediatric settings, with a 50/50 split and a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

You will evaluate patients, develop plans of care, and supervise OT students and COTAs while ensuring compliance with standards and payer regulations. A rewarding, patient-first environment awaits.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from ACOTE-accredited program.
• Current, active Ohio OT license required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Strong OT practice knowledge inpatient and pediatric settings.

• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy to help patients achieve maximum functional outcomes.
• Provide care across the full age spectrum — neonate through geriatric.
• Treat orthopedic and neurological conditions in both inpatient and pediatric settings (50/50 split).
• Supervise COTAs and OT students.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with standards of practice, payer regulations, and facility policies.
• Apply critical thinking to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.
• Maintain professional, courteous communication and customer service.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members and departments.
• Support daily operations and data collection within the medical fitness center.

Job Type: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM–5:00 PM | Full-Time, 40 hrs. | 50% Peds / 50% Inpatient

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and OT students
• Ensure ongoing compliance with standards of practice, payer regulations, and facility policies
• Apply critical thinking to deliver safe, high-quality patient care

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare team members and departments
• Support daily operations and data collection within the medical fitness center

Qualifications:
