Job summary

InHome Therapy is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around Northlake. If you are looking for a flexible schedule, consistent caseload, and a team that supports you - we would love to hear from you.

Deliver in-home occupational therapy services, evaluate mobility and function, and educate patients and families on recovery plans. Requires valid OT license and BLS CPR, with reliable transportation and comfort with EMR systems.

Qualifications

• Active occupational therapy (OT) license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes.
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community.
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals.
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards.

Compensation and Benefits*

• Mileage reimbursement – plus tools to reduce windshield time

• The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $65 - $80 per visit

Key Responsibilities

• This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
